生成式AI与认知计算学术会议通知

生成式AI与认知计算学术会议将于2026年11月13日至15日在河北石家庄河北工程技术学院举行。会议由河北工程技术学院主办,旨在为全球人工智能领域的学者、工程师及产业界领袖搭建高水平的学术交流与产业合作平台。

河北工程技术学院是一所拥有以工为主、工商融合、艺创协同、适度涉农的特色学科专业体系的全日制本科高校,人工智能与大数据学科特色鲜明,建有河北省无人机侦测技术信息处理与运用重点实验室等多个省级科研平台,与科大讯飞、华为等头部企业共建产业学院,深化产教融合;学校已与韩国、马来西亚、英国等10个国家的30余所高校建立合作关系,2026年正式获批招收国际学生资格,致力于打造“产、学、研、用”一体化的AI人才培养创新平台,为本次会议提供坚实的学科支撑、产业资源和国际化交流保障。

一、会议背景

当前,人工智能正经历从“内容生成”向“自主智能体(Agentic AI)”的范式跃迁,生成式AI与认知计算的深度融合已成为全球AI研究的核心前沿。多模态学习与生成、扩散模型、具身智能交互、认知推理等方向呈现爆发式增长。本次会议聚焦生成式AI与认知计算的前沿理论、关键技术与行业应用。

二、会议主题与意义

会议主题:生成式AI与认知计算

会议围绕多模态学习与生成、具身智能交互、进化计算、大模型架构与推理优化、AI智能体与自主系统、AI安全与可信等维度展开深度对话,推动国内外学术成果交流与转化,服务高水平人才培养与人工智能产业发展。

会议时间:2026年11月13日至15日(会期3天)。

会议地点:中国·河北石家庄·河北工程技术学院。

五、征稿方向

(一)重点征稿专题:多模态学习与生成技术

作为本届大会的核心亮点,诚邀海内外研究者提交高质量原创论文。征稿方向(包括但不限于)如下:

1.跨模态生成与可控生成:文本、图像、视频、音频与3D内容生成,条件生成与精细化控制,扩散模型优化与生成效率提升;

2.多模态感知、融合与理解:多模态对齐与融合,开放词表检测与分割,视频理解与实时交互,原生多模态系统的统一建模;

3.具身智能与多模态交互:具身环境下的多模态感知,仿真到现实的迁移策略,基于指令的动态场景生成与编辑;

4.推理过程中的幻觉与可信性:长链推理(Long CoT)中的错误累积与幻觉放大机制;思维链推理的可解释性与归因分析;模型认知置信度与事实性的关联。

注:录用至该专题的优秀论文将获得大会“最佳论文奖”优先提名权,并推荐至合作SCI/EI期刊特刊快速通道。

七、审稿与出版

稿件须按会议论文模板排版,页数4至6页(含参考文献);每篇投稿由至少三位领域专家严格单盲或双盲评审;录用并现场宣读的论文由IEEE CPS结集出版,提交IEEE Xplore、EI Compendex、Scopus等数据库收录检索。

Conference Notice

The Academic Conference on Generative AI and Cognitive Computing will be held from November 13 to 15, 2026, at Hebei University of Engineering Science in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China. Hosted by Hebei University of Engineering Science, the conference aims to build a high-level platform for academic exchange and industrial cooperation for scholars, engineers, and industry leaders in the field of artificial intelligence worldwide.

Hebei University of Engineering Science is a full-time undergraduate university featuring a discipline and specialty system that is mainly engineering-oriented, integrates engineering and business, synergizes arts and innovation, and appropriately involves agriculture. It has distinctive strengths in artificial intelligence and big data .The university has established multiple provincial-level research platforms, including the Hebei Provincial Key Laboratory of UAV Detection Technology Information Processing and Application, and has jointly built industry colleges with leading enterprises such as iFLYTEK and Huawei to deepen the integration of industry and education. It has also established partnerships with more than 30 universities in 10 countries, including South Korea, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom, and was officially approved to enroll international students in 2026. The university is committed to building an integrated "industry-academia-research-application" platform for cultivating AI talents, providing solid disciplinary support, industrial resources, and international exchange guarantees for this conference.

I. Conference Background

Artificial intelligence is currently undergoing a paradigm shift from "content generation" to "autonomous agents (Agentic AI)," and the deep integration of generative AI and cognitive computing has become a core frontier of global AI research. Directions such as multimodal learning and generation, diffusion models, embodied intelligence interaction, and cognitive reasoning are experiencing explosive growth. This conference focuses on the cutting-edge theories, key technologies, and industry applications of generative AI and cognitive computing.

II. Conference Theme and Significance

Conference theme: Generative AI and Cognitive Computing.

The conference will conduct in-depth dialogue across dimensions including multimodal learning and generation, embodied intelligence interaction, evolutionary computation, large model architectures and inference optimization, AI agents and autonomous systems, and AI security and trustworthiness, so as to promote the exchange and transformation of academic achievements at home and abroad and to serve the development of the AI industry and the cultivation of high-level talents.

III. Conference Time and Venue

Conference dates: November 13 to 15, 2026 (a three-day event).

Conference venue: Hebei University of Engineering Science, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China.

Recommended Hotel: Hilton Garden Inn Shijiazhuang Railway Station (No. 30 Binhe Street, Qiaoxi District). All travel and accommodation expenses are at the participants’ own expense.

V. Call for Papers

(I) Key Call-for-Papers Topic: Multimodal Learning and Generation Technologies

As a core highlight of this conference, we cordially invite researchers from home and abroad to submit high-quality original papers. The topics for submission (including but not limited to) are as follows:

1. Cross-modal generation and controllable generation: generation of text, image, video, audio, and 3D content; conditional generation and fine-grained control; diffusion model optimization and generation efficiency improvement;

2. Multimodal perception, fusion, and understanding: multimodal alignment and fusion; open-vocabulary detection and segmentation; video understanding and real-time interaction; unified modeling of native multimodal systems;

3. Embodied intelligence and multimodal interaction: multimodal perception in embodied environments; simulation-to-reality transfer strategies; instruction-based dynamic scene generation and editing;

4. Hallucination and trustworthiness in reasoning: error accumulation and hallucination amplification mechanisms in long-chain reasoning (Long CoT); interpretability and attribution analysis of chain-of-thought reasoning; the relationship between model cognitive confidence and factuality.

Note: Excellent papers accepted in this topic will receive priority nomination for the conference's "Best Paper Award" and will be recommended for the fast-track of special issues in partner SCI/EI journals.

(II) Other Submission Topics (including but not limited to)

The conference also sets up the following four major directions, and broad submissions are welcome:

1. Large models and infrastructure: efficient LLM training, world models, model compression, and MoE architectures;

2. AI agents and autonomous systems: agent reasoning and planning, RAG and tool use, multi-agent collaboration;

3. AIGC security, ethics, and trustworthy AI: alignment and governance, deepfake detection, privacy protection;

4. Generative AI industry applications and practice: AI for Science, intelligent healthcare, code generation, and AIoT.

VI. Important Dates

Paper submission deadline: October 20, 2026;

Notification of acceptance: October 31, 2026;

Conference check-in: November 13, 2026 (all-day registration);

Conference sessions: November 14, 2026 (keynote speeches in the morning, parallel sessions in the afternoon);

Departure date: November 16, 2026 (departure).

VII. Review and Publication

Papers must be formatted according to the conference paper template, with 4 to 6 pages (including references); each submission will be rigorously reviewed by at least three experts in the field under single-blind or double-blind review; accepted papers presented on site will be published in proceedings by IEEE CPS and submitted for indexing in databases such as IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, and Scopus.
